The temperature of the cooling medium in the heat exchanger, the flow rate on the water side of the heat exchanger, the water outlet temperature, the heat flux density, the annual fouling thermal resistance value, and the annual corrosion rate are closely related to water treatment. The general regulations are as follows:
(1) The flow rate on the cooling water side of the heat exchanger should not be lower than 0 on the tube side. 9 m/s; The shell distance should not be lower than 0. 3 m/s.
(2) Water outlet temperature: should not be higher than 50 ℃ (this restriction does not apply).
(3) Heat flux density of heat exchanger: should not exceed 58. 2 kW/m2.
(4) The thermal resistance value of dirt should be based on the nature of the enterprise, production characteristics, and requirements of the heat exchange equipment.
(5) Annual corrosion rate of heat exchanger: ① Ordinary carbon steel should be less than 0. 125mm/a. ② Steel, copper alloys, and stainless steel should be less than 0. 005mm/a.
(6) The total number of heterotrophic bacteria should be less than 5 × 10 ^ 5 cells/mL.
(7) The amount of sludge in the heat exchanger should be less than 4 mL/m3 of water using a 180 mesh biological filter method.
(8) Leakage of process medium in heat exchangers: Leakage of process medium in heat exchangers often occurs. If the leaked material contains substances such as ammonia, carbon dioxide, oil, etc., it will deteriorate the water quality and promote the growth of bacteria and algae.
