1. Insert the "eddy current hot film heat exchanger" radially into the bottom of the storage tank, with the heat medium (steam) flowing through the tube side and viscous liquid moving between the inner tubes of the shell side. The oil suction port of the shell is directly connected to the medium inside the tank.
2. A temperature control valve is installed at the steam inlet of the heat exchanger, and the inlet steam flow of the heat exchanger is controlled by detecting the temperature of the viscous liquid outlet through a temperature sensing probe, thereby ensuring a constant temperature of the viscous liquid.
The heat exchanger adopts high-efficiency heat exchange elements - vortex heat film tubes, which insist on the reasonable movement of viscous liquids between the tubes. The thermal efficiency is 3-5 times that of general heat exchangers. Its enhanced heat transfer mechanism is that the viscous liquid fluid is designed to move in a turbulent flow when it moves on the inner and outer surfaces, causing strong vibration and erosion effects. The direction of movement constantly changes, and the high-temperature viscous liquid fluid that is closely attached to the outer surface of the tube wall is constantly replaced. The insulation layer becomes thinner and damaged, and the heat transfer on the metal surface is accelerated. The micro vortex of the fluid is strengthened, which enhances the internal heat diffusion of the viscous liquid fluid. It will not cause partial high temperature overheating of the fluid close to the outer surface of the pipe wall, so it can provide appropriate and sufficient heating for viscous liquids without the possibility of coking and decomposition. Good heat transfer without significant resistance.
